							The BARCO6500 Series projectors feature
an impressive array of input
connections: Video, S-Video, RGB, VGA
as well as optional SDI and FireWire
TM.
Located on the projector’s front panel,
these enable more esthetic cable
routing, especially in fixed installations.
These projectors display a very wide
range of input signals: from DVD sources
to SDI Digital Video, and from the latest
HDTV sources to all of today’s
popular RGB computer formats.

Using the optional Ethernet 10-base T
interface, the B
ARCO6500 Series projectors can be
connected to an Internet line as well as a
LAN/WAN.  Consequently, the projector becomes
an IP addressable device and allows the user to
access and manage all projectors in various
locations from one central point or even remotely,
by connecting to the corporate network.  The user
simply has to access via a password protected
webpage, which is put on the network by the
hardware inside the projector. Due to the
diagnostics and error monitoring and reporting,
quality and speed of service can be improved.  This
networking feature results in a lower total cost of
ownership and facilitates the integration of the
projection device in the company.

							Low Acoustic Noise LevelThe BARCO6500 projectors
generate the absolute minimum
noise level, reducing unwanted
audience distraction – a common
complaint with conventional
projectors.  The noise level was
kept lower than 39 dB(A) - a
remarkable achievement for
projectors with a light output
