ADDENDUM DESCRIPTION This addendum includes necessary replacement, supplement, and errata pages to DS1/DMI/ISDN-PRI Reference (555-025-101), Issue 4, dated April, 1990. Incorporate the addendum as instructed below to update your copy of the document to be current with the latest issue of the System 85 or DEFINITY® Generic 2.1 Communications System. Then insert this addendum description into the document, behind the title page and before the table of contents. It will serve as a record that your document has been addended.
