Disassembly procedure 2 - 11 7. Remove 5 screws [M2 * 4(L)] on the top case then remove the hinge bracket. 8. Remove the speaker cable & touchpad cable on top case. 9. Turn over the NB and remove 13 screws [M2 * 6(L)] on the bottom case. M2*6L
Disassembly procedure 2 - 12 10. Now you can separate the Top case from the Bottom case. Removing Touch Pad Module 1. Remove 4 screws [M2 * 3(L)] and remove 1 yellow tape and disconnect the Touch pad board FPC with tweezers then take away the Touch pad bracket from the top case. 2. Disassembly procedure 2 - 13 Removing Speaker module 1. Remove 4 screws [M2 * 4(L)] on the both side. 2. Remove 5 tapes and take away the both speaker module. LCD Module The illustrations below show how to remove and disassemble the LCD module. The module contains LCD panel, inverter board, LCD hinge bracket, hinge cover, LCD front cover, and LCD back cover. Please do not disassemble the individual parts. Disassembling LCD Module 1. Remove 8 rubber pads. And remove 4 screw [M2.5 *6(L)] & 4 screw [M2 *6(L)] underneath them. LCD MODULE LCD DISASSEMBLY SPEAKER MODULE REMOVE
Disassembly procedure 2 - 14 2. Carefully pry the inside edges of the LCD front bezel and remove the LCD front cover. 3. Remove 6 screws [M2.5 * 6(L)] on LCD module.
Disassembly procedure 2 - 15 4. Lift a bit LCD module and disconnect the coaxial cable & LCD cable then remove the inverter board. 5. Remove 1 yellow tape and take away the LCD module from the LCD back cover. 6. Turn over the LCD panel and remove 1 yellow tape then disconnect the coaxial FPC on the LCD panel.
Disassembly procedure 2 - 16 7. Remove 4 screws [M2* 3(L)] and remove the right bracket from LCD panel. And do the same process on the left bracket 8. Remove the LCD Hinges from LCD back cover on both sides. 9. Remove 3 tapes and take away the CCD module from LCD back cover. 10. Disconnect the CCD cable.
Disassembly procedure 2 - 17 Bottom Case Module The illustrations below show how to disassemble and remove the bottom case module of the notebook. The module contains the bottom case itself, speaker sets and Motherboard. Removing Motherboard 1. Disconnect the speaker cable and remove 2 screws (M2*4L) then remove the speaker module. 2. Remove 3 tapes and disconnect the CIR connecter then take away the CIR board. 3. Remove 1 yellow tape and disconnect the FAN cable. BOTTOM CASE MODULE MOTHERBOARD REMOVAL M2.5* 4L
Disassembly procedure 2 - 18 4. Remove 2 screws [M2 * 6(L)] on the M/B . 5. Remove the motherboard from the bottom case. 6. Remove 2 screws [M2 * 4(L)] and remove the FAN module.
Disassembly procedure 2 - 19 Motherboard Module Removing Memory Module 1. Remove 2 tapes and turn over the MB remove 2 tapes and disconnect the Bluetooth cable then take away the Bluetooth board. 2. Remove 2 screws [M2 * 4(W)] and disconnect the cable then take away the modem module. 3. Disconnect the antenna and take away it from the motherboard. MOTHERBOARD MODULE
