(where available), or open the Apple Watch app on iPhone and tap

Safety and Handling

Apple Watch, some of the bands, and the Apple Watch Magnetic Charging 
Cable contain magnets. Apple Watch, the hear t rate sensor, and the 
included Apple Watch apps are not medical devices and are intended for 
fitness purposes only.
Exposure to Radio Frequency Energy 
For radio frequency exposure information for Apple Watch, open the   
Apple Watch app on iPhone and tap My Watch, then go to General > 
About > Legal > RF Exposure. Or go to w w w.apple.com/legal/r fexposure.
Battery  
The lithium-ion batter y in Apple Watch should be ser viced by Apple or an 
authorized ser vice provider. You may receive a replacement Apple Watch 
when ordering batter y ser vice. Batteries must be recycled or disposed of 
separately from household waste. For information about batter y ser vice 
and recycling, go to www.apple.com/batteries/service-and-recycling.
Avoiding Hearing Damage 
To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels 
for long periods. More information about sound and hearing is available 
online at www.apple.com/sound and in “Important safety information” in 
the Apple Watch User Guide.
Apple Two-Year Limited Warranty Summary 
Apple warrants the included Apple-branded hardware product 
and Apple-branded accessories against defects in materials 
and workmanship for t wo years from the date of original retail purchase. 
Apple does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused 
by accident or abuse. To obtain ser vice, call Apple or visit an Apple Retail 
Store or an Apple Authorized Ser vice Provider— available ser vice 
options are dependent on the countr y in which ser vice is requested 
and may be restricted to the original countr y of sale. Call charges and 
international shipping charges may apply, depending on the location. 
Subject to the full terms and detailed information on obtaining 
ser vice available at w w w. apple.com/legal/warrant y and   
w w w.apple.com/suppor t, if you submit a valid claim under this warrant y, 
Apple will either repair, replace, or refund your hardware product at its 
own discretion. Warrant y benefits are in addition to rights provided 
under local consumer laws. You may be required to furnish proof of 
purchase details when making a claim under this warrant y.
Hermès Watch Band Warranty
Hermès shall deliver to the customer a watch band that is free from 
manufacturing defects at the time of deliver y, that is to say that 
the product will be fit for the normal use expected for this kind of 
product and will have the features set out at the time of the order 
and its acceptance. This warrant y does not cover normal wear 
and tear, or any damage resulting from an accident, negligence, or 
improper handling. Nor does it apply, on a more general basis, if there 
is evidence of improper use or misuse. This warrant y may only be  exercised on condition that the customer does so within the statutor y 
period applicable to the countr y of purchase as from the deliver y of 
the goods. Any claim concerning a watch band must be addressed 
to the Hermès store of the purchase or to any Hermès store, the 
address of which can be found at the following link:  hermes.com/
applewatchhermes. The customer may choose to have the watch band 
either repaired or replaced, unless one of these choices leads to a 
patently disproportionate cost for Hermès. The repair or replacement of 
a watch band will occur at no cost to the customer and shall be without 
prejudice to possible damages in the event that the customer should be 
entitled to such.
For Australian Consumers: 
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under 
 
the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or   
refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other   
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have
