(The wireless guide requires no screws to h\ old it in place.) Replacement Note: If you are reinstalling the same logic board, make sure you carefully remove the old thermal pad material. Replace the thermal p\ ads whenever the heatsink is removed.

PowerBook G4 (12-inch 1.5 GHz) Take Apart - 87 DC-In Board • Heatsink with fan • Inner frame (with RJ11 board attached) • Logic board Procedure 1. Hold the DC-in board in place as you remove the screw that attaches the board to the bottom case. Note: The screw might be hidden under the mylar sleeve at the lower corner of \ the board. 2. Pull the flat cable up from the adhesive on the bottom case. 3. Pull the board away from the side of the bottom housing. Use a black stick to lift up the board, if necessary.
