Power Mac G5 (Late 2005) Take Apart — Battery 51 Procedure If necessary, carefully spread the two tabs holding the battery. Remove the battery from its holder. Replacement Note: Insert the new battery in the holder, making sure the battery’s negative symbol (–) faces up. Warning: Installing the battery incorrectly may cause an explosion.
