15 4.3 Panel Specification 4.3.1 General Features HannStar Display model HSD190MEN4-A* is a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This model is composed of a TFT LCD panel, the voltage reference, common voltage, DC-DC converter, column, and row driver circuit.
