12INTRODUCTION The DPD72351 is a single-axis programmable indexer/ driver/ power supply package based on the SMC35 chip. All the necessary motion parameters can be programmed, including the maximum speed the motor will turn, the minimum or base speed, the acceleration rate, the deceleration rate, as well as many other parameters. Encoder feedback can be used to verify and auto-correct the motor position while under computer control. Eight outputs can be turned on and eight inputs can be read per axis....
