8. SCANNING (FAST FORWARD / FAST REVERSE) This function gives you a fast search through a disc or track. Turn the SEARCH KNOB (23) in clockwise direction for fast forward or turn the knob counterclockwise for fast reverse. Storing A Cue Point: Once you have set your CUE Point by one of the two means listed on page 16, you may store your cue point in one of the BANK BUTTONS (9). Once you store this cue point in memory you may recall it at any time and you may even recall memory if the disc has been removed or power had been disconnected, see SYSTEM MEMORY on page 21. 11. EDITING A LOOP: Please note: Only the ending point of the loop may be edited. You may make your loop shorter or longer. 12. Using the Built In Sampler: Your CDI-300 Mp3™ comes with an advanced built in sampler. You may store up to three samples. One sam- ple in each of the three BANK BUTTONS (9) (Once again please note you may only store either a CUE POINT or a SAMPLE into a BANK BUTTON (9), not both).
