www.aleratec.com16 Main Menu Asynchronous Copy+Compare Asynchronous Copy+Compare is used only when the source content is the same as or less than the system buffer (120MB). With the source content read into the systems buffer you can copy and compare flash drives continuously by taking out the drive which has finished its Copy+Repair cycle, and replacing it with another blank. If the original format is FAT 16/32, then the format operation will not change the format, but will write over any data on the flash drive. If the format is not FAT 16/32 (e.g. NTFS, Linux, or FAT multi-partition) the controller will check the capacity of the flash drive.
