T he  manufacturer disclaims any liability for da mage, which may result as a consequence of i mproper use or use contrary to the instructions contained herein.  ● T RAFFIC S AFET Y Given that studies show that using a device while driving a vehicle constitutes a real risk, even when a hands-free kit is used (car kit, headset...), drivers are requested to refrain from using their device when the vehicle is not parked. When  driving,  do   not  use   your  devic e  or  h eadphones to   listen  to   music  or   to  the   radio.  Using  a headphone  can  be  dangerous  and   forbidden in  so me  area s.  When  switched  on,  y our  device  e mits electromagnetic  wave s  that  can  interfere  with  the  vehicle’s  electronic  syste ms  such  as  ABS  anti-lock brakes or airbags. T o ensure that there is no problem: - Do not place your device on top of the dashboard  or within an airbag deploy ment area, - Check  with  your  car  dealer  or  the  car  manufact urer  to  make  sure  that  the  das hboard  is  adequately shielded from dev ice RF energy.  ● CONDIT IONS OF USE You are advised to switch off the device fro m ti me to ti me to opti mi ze its perfor mance. Switch the device off before boarding an aircraft. Switch  the  device  off  when  you  are  in  healthcare  facilities,  except  in  designated  areas.  As  with  many other  types  of  equipment  now  in  regular  use,  these  devices  can  interfere  with  other  electrical  or electronic devices, or equip ment using radio frequenc ies.

    Switch  the  device  off  when  you  are  near  gas  or  flammable  liquids.  Strictly  obey  all  signs  and instructions  posted  in   a  fuel   depot,   petrol  station,   or  che mic al  plant,   or  in   any  potentially   e xplosive atmosphere. When  the  device  is  switched  on,  it  should  be  kept  at  least  15  cm  fro m  any  medical  device  such  as  a pacemaker,  a hearing  aid o r insulin  pu mp, etc.   In particular  when  using the  device, you  should  hold it against the ear on the opposite side to the device, if  any. T o avoid hearing i mpair ment, move the  handset away  fro m yo ur ear while using  the “ hands-free” mode  because the amp lified volu me  might cause hearing d a mage. Do not let children use the device and/or play with th e device and accessories without su pervision. When  replacing  the  cover  please  note  that  your  device  may  contain  substances  that  could  create  an allergic reaction. Always handle yo ur device with care and keep it in a c lean and dust-free place. Do  not  allow  your  device  to  be  exposed  to  adverse  weath er  or  environ mental  conditions  ( moisture, humidity,  rain,  infiltration  of  liquids,  dust,  sea  air,  etc.).  T he  manufacturer’s  recommended  operating temperature rang e is -0°C to +45°C. At  over   45°C  the   legibility  of  t he  device’s  display   may  be  i mpaired,  though  t his  is  te mporary   and  not serious. Do not open, dis mantle or atte mpt to repair your devic e yourself. Do not drop, throw or bend your device. Do not use the device if the glass  made screen is da maged, cracked or broken to avoid a ny injury. Do not paint it. Use  only  battery  chargers  and  accessories  which  are  recommended  by  T CT  Mobile  Limited  and  its affiliates and are compatible with your device  model. T CT  Mobile Limited and its affiliates disclaim any liability for damag e caused by the use of other charg ers or accessories.

    Reme mber to  make ba ck-up copies or keep a written record of all i mport ant infor mation stored in your device. Some  people  may  suffer  epileptic  sei zures  or  blackouts  when  e xposed  to  flashing  lights,  or  when playing  video  ga mes.  T hese  seizures  or  blackout s  may  occur  even  if  a  person  n ever  had  a  previous seizure  or   blackout.  If  you  h ave  e xperienced  sei zures   or  blackouts,  or  i f  you  have  a  fa mily  history  of such occurrences, pleas e consult  your doctor  before playing video  ga mes on  your device  or en abling a flashing-lights feature on your device. Parents  should  monitor  their  children’s  use  of  video  games  or  other  features  that  incorporate  flashing lights  on  the  device.  All  persons  should  discontinue  use  and  consult a  doctor  if  any  of  the  following sympto ms  occur:  convulsion ,  eye  or  muscl e  twitching,  loss  of  awareness,  involuntary  move ments,  or disorientation. T o limit the likelihood of such sy mpto ms,  please take the following safety pre cautions: - Do not play or use a flashing-lights feature if you are  tired or need sleep. - T ake a minimu m  of a 15-minute break hourly. - Play in a room in  which all lights are on. - Play at the farthest distance possible fro m the screen . - If  your  hands,  wrists,  o r  ar ms  beco me  tired  or sore  while  playing,  sto p  and  rest  for  several  hours before playing again. - If  you c ontinue to  have sore  hands, wrist s, or a r ms during  or after  playing, stop  the ga me and  see a doctor. When you play  ga mes on  your dev ice, you  may e xperience  occasional  disco mfort in  your han ds, ar ms, shoulders,  neck,  or  other  parts  of  your  body.  Follow  the  instructio ns  to  avoid  proble ms  such  as tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndro me, or other  musculosk eletal disorders.
