Herewith we declare that our product: 
“Freenet” transceiver  ALAN HP 105 ” 
corresponds to our Technical Construction Files and Test Reports and is 
conform to all relevant essential requirements of the R&TTE-Directive 
1999/5/EC, issued March 9, 1999. According to Annex III of the R&TTE Directive 
the following harmonized standards and essential radio test suites, published in 
the Official Journal of the European communities, have been used to 
demonstrate the conformity of the product: 
 
Radio and Spectrum engineering parameters:  
EN 300 086-2, EN 300 296-2  V 1.1.1 
Electromagnetic Compatibility EMC: 
EN 301 489- 01 V 1.4.1, EN 301 489- 05 V1.3.1 
Electrical safety (without application of voltage limits according to  
Art. 3 (1) (a) of R&TTE Directive): EN 60 950 
The product is intended to be used in Germany  with general license and free 
of charges.  
Other countries do not apply the national German “Freenet” regulation and may request 
different frequency programming and individual license.
