fridge or the freezer compartment. The ACTUAL temperature is indi-
cated with illuminated numbers.

Prior to Initial Start-Up
1 Before connecting the appliance to the mains and putting it into ope-
ration for the first time, leave the appliance to stand for 30 minutes if 
was transported upright. After transport on its side, the appliance must 
be left to stand for 2 hours before putting it into operation. This is

Temperature Adjustment

COOLMATIC
The COOLMATIC function is suited for quick cooling of 
large quantities of goods in the refrigerator, e.g. drinks 
and salads for a party or wedding.

Switching the Appliance Off
3 Refrigerator and freezer compartments can be switched off 
independently of one another.
0 1.To switch off the appliance, hold down the ON/OFF button. This will 
result in a countdown from 3 to 1 taking place in the temperature 
displays. On reaching 1 the fridge and freezer compartment will

an optical warning indicator light and an acoustic warning.
The system warns if:

high;

A storage shelf must be inserted into the lower guide track above the 
fruit and vegetable drawers. It must always remain in this position, so 
that fruits and vegetables remain fresh longer.
The remaining storage shelves can
