5 Operating Instructions 1Safety Prior to using for the first time •Follow the ”Instructions for install ation and connection”. If the appliance is delivered in th e winter months when there are mi- nus temperatures: Store the washin g machine at room temperature for 24 hours before using for the first time. Correct use The washing machine is only design ed for the washing of normal do- mestic laundry at home. Additions or modifications to th e washing machine are not permit- ted. Use only...

6 General safety Repairs to the washing machine must only be carried out by qualified service engineers. Never use the washing machine if th e mains cable is damaged; or if the control panel, work top or plin th area is damaged such that the inside of the appliance is freely accessible.
