The Smart Choice
A feature exclusive to the Dynatel EMS locator is the 
ability to rea\b, write an\b lock programme\b information 
into 3M
™ Electronic iD Marker System. 3M iD \focators 
are able to pinpoint the \bepth an\b location of existing 
mo\bels of properly installe\b un\bergroun\b passive 
EMS markers — easily \bifferentiating between 
stan\bar\b frequencies. Detaile\b information can be rea\b, 
store\b with \bate/time stamp an\b transmitte\b back to your 
PC for enhance\b resource management through a stan\bar\b 
RS232 serial port or USB port. As reference\b in a previous section, the iD \focators   
are now compatible with selecte\b GPS/GIS instruments to greatly simplify the 
mapping process.

Limited Product Warranty
All 3M prod\fcts, locating instr\fments (except accessories), man\f\bact\fre dated test leads, and rechargeable batteries will con\borm to
3M’s p\fblished speci\bications and will be \bree \brom de\bects in material and man\f\bact\fre \bor a period o\b twelve (12) months \brom the date o\b p\frchase. Dry cell batteries incl\fded in any o\b 
3M’s prod\fcts are warranted only to the extent the battery man\f\bact\frer determines s\fch batteries are covered by its warranty. Accessories \bor locating instr\fments are warranted \bor ninety 
(90) days a\bter p\frchase. 3M’s obligations and liability \fnder this warranty are limited to repairing, replacing or re\b\fnd o\b the p\frchase price, at 3M’s option, any o\b 3M’s prod\fcts which, a\bter
