When turning the TV on/off/to standby, you 
hear a creaking sound from the TV chassis:No action is required. The creaking sound 
 
•
is normal expansion and contraction of 
the T V as it cools and warms up. This 
does not impact per formance.
When the TV is in standby mode, a startup 
splash screen is displayed, then returns to 
standby mode. This is normal behavior. The star tup 
 
•
screen is displayed when the T V is 
disconnected from the mains and 
reconnected.

An “e-sticker” banner displaying information 
appears on the TV display:
The T V is in [S hop] mode. Remove the 
e-sticker by setting the T V to [Home]  mode. 
In the [Home]  menu, select [Setup]  > 
[Advanced TV settings] > [Preferences]  > 
[Location]  menu. It is necessar y to switch the 
T V to standby to ensure that the T V exits 
[S hop]  mode completely.
Sound issues
There is picture but no sound from the TV:
