UTILITY Menu 2-18 DIAL REGISTER Menu Register addresses in the favorite list, as speed dial destinations or as group dial destinations by selecting [DIAL REGISTER] in the [UTILITY] menu. DIAL REGISTER FAVORITE SPEED DIAL GROUP DIAL [FAVORITE] Frequently specified speed dial destinations and group dial destinations can be registered in the favorite list. Press the Addressbook key, and then press the + or , key to quickly select the desired destination. A maximum of 20 destinations can be regis- tered in the favorite list. For details, refer to “Favorite List” on page 6-3. [SPEED DIAL] Register frequently used fax numbers and e-mail addresses as speed dial destinations. Instead of being entered manually, fax num- bers and e-mail addresses can simply be recalled to ensure that destination information is registered correctly.
