(If the Hink light is flashing or on, you need to replace a cartridge; see page 82.) 2. If you don’t see any improvement after cleaning the print head three or four times, check the solutions beginning on page 99. Shake the new cartridge four or five times before opening its package. (Don’t shake it after it’s unwrapped.) 6. Remove the new cartridge from its package. 7. Slide the new cartridge into its slot.
