Warranty
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, D-Link Systems, Inc. (“D-Link”) provides this Limited Warranty:
• On\fy to the person or entity that ori\bina\f\fy purchased the product from D-Link or its authorized rese\f\fer or distributor, and
• On\fy for products purchased and de\fivered within the fifty states of the United States, the District of Co\fumbia, U.S. Possessions 
or Protectorates, U.S. Mi\fitary Insta\f\fations, or addresses with an APO or\u FPO.
Limited. Warranty:
D-Link warrants that the hardware portion of the D-Link product described be\fow (“Hardware”) wi\f\f be free from materia\f defects in workmanship 
and materia\fs under norma\f use from the date of ori\bina\f retai\f purchase of the product, for the period set forth be\fow (“Warranty Period”), except 
as otherwise stated herein.
• Hardware (exc\fudin\b power supp\fies and fan\us): One (1) year
• Power supp\fies and fan\us: One (1) year
• Spare parts and spare kits: Ninety (90) days
The  customer ’s  so\fe  and  exc\fusive  remedy  and  the  entire  \fiabi\fity  of  D-Link  and  its  supp\fiers  under  this  Limited  Warranty  wi\f\f  be,  at  
D-Link’s option, to repair or rep\face the defective Hardware durin\b the Warranty Period at no char\be to the ori\bina\f owner or to refund the actua\f 
purchase  price  paid.  Any  repair  or  rep\facement  wi\f\f  be  rendered  by  D-Link  at  an  Authorized  D-Link  Service  Office.  The  rep\facement  hardware 
need not be new or have an identica\f make, mode\f or part. D-Link may, at its option, rep\face the defective Hardware or any part thereof with any 
reconditioned product that D-Link reasonab\fy determines is substantia\f\fy equiva\fent (or superior) in a\f\f materia\f respects to the defective Hardware. 
Repaired  or  rep\facement  hardware  wi\f\f  be  warranted  for  the  remainder  of  the  ori\bina\f Warranty  Period  or  ninety  (90)  days,  whichever  is  \fon\ber, 
and is subject to the same \fimitations and exc\fusions. If a materia\f defect is incapab\fe of correction, or if D-Link determines that it is not practica\f 
to repair or rep\face the defective Hardware, the actua\f price paid by the ori\bina\f purchaser for the defective Hardware wi\f\f be refunded by D-Link 
upon return to D-Link of the defective Hardware. A\f\f Hardware or part thereof that is rep\faced by D-Link, or for which the purchase price is refunded, 
sha\f\f become the property of D-Link upon rep\facement or refund.

Limited.Software.Warranty:
D-Link warrants that the software portion of the product (“Software”) wi\f\f substantia\f\fy conform to D-Link’s then current functiona\f specifications 
for the Software, as set forth in the app\ficab\fe documentation, from the date of ori\bina\f retai\f purchase of the Software for a period of ninety (90) 
days  (“Software Warranty  Period”),  provided  that  the  Software  is  proper\fy  insta\f\fed  on  approved  hardware  and  operated  as  contemp\fated  in  its 
documentation. D-Link further warrants that, durin\b the Software Warranty Period, the ma\bnetic media on which D-Link de\fivers the Software wi\f\f be 
free of physica\f defects. The customer’s so\fe and exc\fusive remedy and the entire \fiabi\fity of D-Link and its supp\fiers under this Limited Warranty wi\f\f 
be, at D-Link’s option, to rep\face the non-conformin\b Software (or defective media) with software that substantia\f\fy conforms to D-Link’s functiona\f 
specifications for the Software or to refund the portion of the actua\f purchase price paid that is attributab\fe to the Software. Except as otherwise 
a\breed by D-Link in writin\b, the rep\facement Software is provided on\fy to the ori\bina\f \ficensee, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the 
\ficense \branted by D-Link for the Software. Rep\facement Software wi\f\f be warranted for the remainder of the ori\bina\f Warranty Period and is subject 
to the same \fimitations and exc\fusions. If a materia\f non-conformance is incapab\fe of correction, or if D-Link determines in its so\fe discretion that it 
is not practica\f to rep\face the non-conformin\b Software, the price paid by the ori\bina\f \ficensee for the non-conformin\b Software wi\f\f be refunded by 
D-Link; provided that the non-conformin\b Software (and a\f\f copies thereof ) is first returned to D-Link. The \ficense \branted respectin\b any Software 
for which a refund is \biven automatica\f\fy terminates.
Non-App\bicabi\bity.of. Warranty:
The Limited Warranty provided hereunder for Hardware and Software portions of D-Link’s products wi\f\f not be app\fied to and does not cover any 
refurbished product and any product purchased throu\bh the inventory c\fearance or \fiquidation sa\fe or other sa\fes in which D-Link, the se\f\fers, or 
the  \fiquidators  express\fy  disc\faim  their  warranty  ob\fi\bation  pertainin\b  to  the  product  and  in  that  case,  the  product  is  bein\b  so\fd “As-Is”  without 
any warranty whatsoever inc\fudin\b, without \fimitation, the Limited Warranty as described herein, notwithstandin\b anythin\b stated herein to the 
contrary.
Submitting.A.C\baim.(USA):
 The customer sha\f\f return the product to the ori\bina\f purchase point based on its return po\ficy. In case the return po\ficy period has expired and 
the product is within warranty, the customer sha\f\f submit a c\u\faim to D-Link as out\fined be\u\fow:
• The  customer  must  submit  with  the  product  as  part  of  the  c\faim  a  written  description  of  the  Hardware  defect  or  Software 
nonconformance in sufficient detai\f to a\f\fow DLink to confirm the same, a\fon\b with proof of purchase of the product (such as a 
copy of the dated purchase invoice for the product) if the product is not re\bistered.
• The  customer  must  obtain  a  Case  ID  Number  from  D-Link Technica\f  Support  at  1-877-453-5465,  who  wi\f\f  attempt  to  assist  the 
customer in reso\fvin\b any suspected defects with the product. If the product is considered defective, the customer must obtain a 
Return Materia\f Authorization (“RMA”) number by comp\fetin\b the RMA form and enterin\b the assi\bned Case ID Number at https://
rma.d\fink.com/.

and wi\f\f not ship bac\uk any accessories.
• The customer is responsib\fe for a\f\f in-bound shippin\b char\bes to D-Link. No Cash on De\fivery (“COD”) is a\f\fowed. Products sent COD 
wi\f\f either be rejected by D-Link or become the property of D-Link. Products sha\f\f be fu\f\fy insured by the customer and shipped 
to D-Link Systems, Inc., 17595 Mt. Herrmann, Fountain Va\f\fey, CA 92708. D-Link wi\f\f not be he\fd responsib\fe for any packa\bes that 
are \fost in transit to D-Link. The repaired or rep\faced packa\bes wi\f\f be shipped to the customer via UPS Ground or any common 
carrier se\fected by D-Link. Return shippin\b char\bes sha\f\f be prepaid by D-Link if you use an address in the United States, otherwise 
we wi\f\f ship the product to you frei\bht co\f\fect. Expedited shippin\b is avai\fab\fe upon request and provided shippin\b char\bes are 
prepaid by the customer. D-Link may reject or return any product that is not packa\bed and shipped in strict comp\fiance with the 
fore\boin\b requirements, or for which an RMA number is not visib\fe from the outside of the packa\be. The product owner a\brees to 
pay D-Link’s reasonab\fe hand\fin\b and return shippin\b char\bes for any product that is not packa\bed and shipped in accordance 
with the fore\boin\b requirements, or that is determined by D-Link not to be defective or non-conformin\b.
Submitting.A.C\baim.(Canada):
 The customer sha\f\f return the product to the ori\bina\f purchase point based on its return po\ficy. In case the return po\ficy period has expired and 
the product is within warranty, the customer sha\f\f submit a c\u\faim to D-Link as out\fined be\u\fow:
• Customers need to provide their receipt (proof of purchase) even if the product is re\bistered. Without a receipt, no warranty service wi\f\f 
be done. The re\bistration is not considered a proof of purchase.
• The customer must submit with the product as part of the c\faim a written description of the Hardware defect or Software nonconformance 
in sufficient detai\f to a\f\fow D-Link to confirm the same, a\fon\b with proof of purchase of the product (such as a copy of the dated purchase 
invoice for the product) if the product is not re\bistered.
• The customer must obtain a Case ID Number from D-Link Technica\f Support at 1-800-361-5265, who wi\f\f attempt to assist the customer 
in reso\fvin\b any suspected defects with the product. If the product is considered defective, the customer must obtain a Return Materia\f

that is not packa\bed and shipped in strict comp\fiance with the fore\boin\b requirements, or for which an RMA number is not visib\fe from 
the outside of the packa\be. The product owner a\brees to pay D-Link’s reasonab\fe hand\fin\b and return shippin\b char\bes for any product 
that is not packa\bed and shipped in accordance with the fore\boin\b requirements, or that is determined by D-Link not to be defective or

What.Is.Not.Covered:
The Limited Warranty provided herein by D-Link does not cover:

\fack of reasonab\fe care, repair or service in any way that is not contemp\fated in the documentation for the product, or if the mode\f or seria\f number 
has  been  a\ftered,  tampered  with,  defaced  or  removed;  Initia\f  insta\f\fation,  insta\f\fation  and  remova\f  of  the  product  for  repair,  and  shippin\b  costs; 
Operationa\f adjustments covered in the operatin\b manua\f for the product, and norma\f maintenance; Dama\be that occurs in shipment, due to act 
of God, fai\fures due to power sur\be, and cosmetic dama\be; Any hardware, software, firmware or other products or services provided by anyone 
other than D-Link; and Products that have been purchased from inventory c\fearance or \fiquidation sa\fes or other sa\fes in which D-Link, the se\f\fers, 
or the \fiquidators express\fy disc\faim their\u warranty ob\fi\bation pertainin\b to the product.
Whi\fe necessary maintenance or repairs on your Product can be performed by any company, we recommend that you use on\fy an Authorized D-Link 
Service Office. Improper or incorrect\fy performed maintenance or repair voids this Limited Warranty.
Disc\baimer.of.\fther. Warranties:
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SPECIFIED HEREIN, THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER
