    four compact packages for pure presentation power. The smallest, highperformance
    3chip DLPTMproduct on the market, the Christie DW Series offers a range of 
    4,400 to 7,000 ANSI lumens delivered in a native widescreen format – the pinnacle
    of image color accuracy and adjustability in an easy to use, flexible package.  
    The Christie DW Series features 1280 x 720 native resolution and a variable 
    contrast ratio of 16002000:1 for crisp, detailed images. With next generation
    DLP
    TMtechnology, highquality optics and 10bit image processing, the Christie 
    DW Series is ideal for widescreen scope, high resolution and exceptional image
    quality for big, bright displays. Increased color depth in the Christie DW3Kc/DW6Kc
    models offer filmlike color correction for stunning brilliance.

    							The Christie DW Series offers a native
    widescreen format combined with high
    resolution, mediumbrightness and a
    compact package – for applications where
    image quality, color and clarity are
    paramount. When the images need to
    speak volumes, the Christie DW Series
    delivers high brightness, excellent color 
    and detailed displays.
    Deluxe Sound & Picture features superior
    audiovisual facilities and an awardwinning staff,
    capable of accommodating postproduction 
    of feature films as well as episodic television.
    The studio captures, edits and prints in HD and
    then screens the dailies – all in HD. 
    Display Technology
    The Christie DW Series provides the best 
    1280 x 720 image quality in 3chip DLPTM
    projection available. Low maintenance, 
    highly reliable DLPTMtechnology delivers high
    brightness and unsurpassed color, brightness
    uniformity and control capabilities in a native
    widescreen format. 
    Image Quality
    The 3chip 720 engines are driven by Xenon
    illumination and deliver superior image quality,
    repeatability of colors and the ability to edge
    blend and tile images – whether multiple
    projectors on a single screen, or multiple screen
    displays. The enhanced optical system in the
    Christie DW3Kc/DW6Kc models allows for a
    filmlike color experience.
    Image Processing
    With 10bit image processing, the Christie 
    DW Series offers high bandwidth signal
    processing.  The high bandwidth supports
    additional functionality such as Picture in Picture
    and seamless switching between sources.
    Ease of Use
    Auserfriendly Graphic User Interface makes
    operation and setup of the entireChristie 
    DW Series uncomplicated. The GUI enables full
    and easy control of the projector. Multiple
    control options let the user choose what’s best
    for their application – builtin, IR and wired
    remote keypad; RS422 or RS232 control; or
    through ChristieNET
    TMvia the Ethernet port.
    Optional ChristieNETTMWAVE and ChristieNETTM
    WAVEDVD provide wireless presentation power
    for data, video and streaming video. Motorized
    lens functions provide power focus, zoom,
    horizontal and vertical offset functions – all at
    the touch of a button. Auto setup automatically
    recognizes sources and sets up correct
    brightness, contrast and position.
    Serviceability
    Operation and maintenance of the Christie 
    DW Series is easy as well. Fieldalignable DMDs
    and a cleanable optical engine put full control 
    in the hands of the user. Replacement lamp
    costs are low and Christie offers the best
    warranties on the market – 2 years parts and
    labor (excluding light engine).

    With either 1kW or 1.2kW, the Christie DW Series
    features userreplaceable, prealigned Xenon lamp
    modules with adjustable lamp power for lower
    brightness. The stable color temperature over the
    course of the lamp life and the power range
    provides the best lamp technology for color
    matching across multiple screens.The Christie DW Series features an extremely
    high contrast ratio of 16002000:1 full field;
    450600:1 ANSI lumens – with the motorized
    IRIS, users can adjust for high contrast ratio and
    better black levels, for any given application.
    An optional suite of specificallydesigned SXGA
    +
    lenses includes both fixed and zoom lenses
    ranging from 0.8:1 through to a 5.08.0:1 zoom
    and features a durable lens mount with motorized
    horizontal and vertical offset. With builtin light
    shutter, internal variable contrast aperture and
    quick lens insertion, the Christie DW Series is easy
    to work with.
