Trackmount Board General Description The TM2000 is a linear ramping pulse generator and joystick controller designed to be used with Anaheim Automation step motor drivers. It has several input options including 4 on-board speed pots (2 base speeds and 2 max speeds), a remote pot input, a 0-10VDC VCO input, a -5VDC to +5VDC VCO input, and a joystick input. Three select lines determine which input option is used. Using the three select lines, the user can switch from one mode to another. The joystick input and -5VDC to +5VDC VCO input have automatic start-stop and direction control. This pulse generator is capable of producing pulse rates up to 2.5MHz. A 16-position rotary switch can be used to divide the normal output clock by 2 to 65536. The board can be powered up by a regulated +5VDC supply, an unregulated +12VDC supply, or a 9VAC supply.
