SETTING TIM E INTERVAL
-  Press an d hol d both MIN an d SEC buttons a t th e sam e time , fo r three seconds, to rese t th e countdow n interval back to zer o (Tw o Button Reset).
-  If th e unit is in C ount U P mode, 
press an d hol d START-STOP button for three second s to reset back t o curren t countdow n interval. Then , d o as above to rese t th e countdow n interval.
SETTING COUNTDOW N TIMER
-  Ente r Minute s by pressin g MIN butto n in on e min. increments (0 –99).
-  Ente r Second s by pressing SEC butto n in on e sec. increments (0 –59).
-  Repea t as necessary.
STARTING AN D STOPPING COUNTDOW N FUNCTION
-  Press th e START-STO P button to STAR T th e countdow n timer.
-  Press th e START-STO P button to STO P the countdow n timer.
PR E ALARMS
-  Whe n countdow n tim e reaches 5 minutes, th e time r w ill alarm once.
-  Whe n countdow n tim e reaches 3 minutes, th e time r w ill alarm twice.
SURVIVOR™
TIME’S UP
-  A t zero t im e remaining , the aud ible alar m w ill sound , and the unit w ill begin c ountin g UP. Press an y butto n to STO P the beeping , stop the C ount Up, an d also rese t th e unit back t o pre vious tim e interval set.
COUNT-U P FUNCTIONAfter reachin g 00:00 in C ount DOW N mode, th e unit w ill begin C OUNTING UP, while alar m 
seconds of C ount UP, pressin g any butto n STOPS th e C ounter an d RESETS th e unit back t o th e orig inal countdow n interval. AFTE R 3 0 seconds, alarm w ill stop , bu t unit w ill continu e to C ount U P until i t reaches 2 0 minutes.
Durin g extended C ount Up,
-  Press th e START-STO P button to STAR T o r STO P count-up.
-  Press an d hol d the START-STO P button for three seconds to RESE T th e countdow n time r back to C ount DOW N mode, an d orig inal countdow n timin g interval.
