							VIEWING YOUR RESULTS
Once you put on your pedometer with the case 
closed, it will automatically begin to r ecord your 
steps. Most people pr efer to reset their step count 
daily . Simply pr ess RESET each mor ning to reset 
step count to 0. REPLACING THE BA
TTERY
When the display starts to dim or goes blank, 
r eplace the battery with one LR-44 battery: 
Insert a coin into the slot on the bottom of the 
case (above leash slot), and twist counte rclock-
wise to pop open the case. Replace battery with 
positive (+) terminal F ACE UP. Put the cover 
back on and pr ess to close.
Then use Power Reset:
Push the RESET button for 3 seconds and 
r elease. (The display will be ON and then OFF .) 
Pr ess RESET button again to tur n display ON.

Clip the pedometer rmly and 
level at your waist, above one 
knee. The pedometer should be 
as vertical as possible. W alkers 
with lar ger stomachs may nd it 
helpful to wear the pedometer 
farther back, towar d one hip. 
The cover must be closed for the pedometer to work. 
T o avoid losing or dr opping your pedometer , use 
the included leash and clip to fasten the pedometer 
secur ely to your clothing. (See leash instructions on 
r everse.) RESET
